heater fan

hello boys and girls, i got a fresh mot in november parked my van up with no problems covererd it up but first time i used it the heater fan wont work its a 84 devon any ideas guys? thanks steve

Lots of stuff on here about blower motors, use the wiki.
Typically they seize up and blow the fuse, there is a temporary work around for squeeking blower motors but usually when seized you have to remove the dash to either free off or replace the motor for new (about £36.00 from GSF)
Switches also burn out, terminals get hot and melt so need replacing but all usually down to the fact the blower itself is particially or totally seized.
