but presumably loose change, mobile phone, fags, lighter, sandwiches, cans of pop and an old flask would be ok!!!!

I couldn't afford to have loose change cos I had fags and a Zippo in my top pocket. We didn't have 'mobile' phones back then either, unless you had a large trailer and about £3M per annum job
