diesel crank timing marks... 2 of?????

Just a quickie.
Just been looking at my engine and noticed there are 2 different marks on my flywheel, so not quite sure if TDC is at the right point.
I have one which is a dimple like this --/\--
This is raised up on the flywheel

the second is a little further round and is a notch like this

Hope that makes sence. I have a manual on CD but cant quite make out the mark.
