1990 wrap around bumper removal

Hi all,
I need to remove my front and rear bumper from my 1990 25.....these have the extended wrap around end caps....had a nose around and can't seem to find how to do it....any one out there got a clue...haines manual was no help btw

Give me a couple of hours to charge the old camera up and if (and it's a big 'if') I can upload them to Photobucket I'll post a few pictures. If I can't upload them I'll let you know and then if you can PM me an email address to send them to I'll get them to you that way.....

right,
if its the plastic bumper, did mine today as replacing with chrome....ok...watched the chappie at the garage

firstly, two bolts in the front..

then a 13mm bolt between the passenger door and bumper. This was a bit fiddly.
Think there was a bolt underneath too
once all bolts undone the bumper slides forward.
