wipers blowing fuse

please can anyone tell me why my wiper fuse keeps blowing.
i have put a 20amp in for the moment.
10 amp works for a while then blows
2.1 dj. auto hi top westfalia club joker

It's really not advisable to simply 'up' the fuse rating if there is a problem causing the original 10amp fuse to blow (I assume 10amp is the original fuse rating). The fuse is there to protect the wiring and prevent it from overheating and/or catching fire. If there is a fault, either in the wiring itself or if the motor is partially siezed causing it to draw excessive current then the fault needs to be found and rectified. The 20amp fuse may be rated higher than the cable (although I don't actually know what size the cable is though) and if that is the case it'll just sit there quite happily while your wiring or motor overheats/burns out.

Are the wipers going slowly or seem to be struggling at all?

i know its not advisable to simply up the fuse
but the last time the fuse blew it got me home in the rain.
the wipers are not slow or struggling.
and it dosent blow straight away it might last a day or two
ill guess ill take out motor and have a gander
