MMn interesting information in the link you provided.But its explanation about undoing the crankshaft sprocket bolt for a cambelt change is not true.You only need to undo the bottom crank pulley for the belt to the water pump or alternator .From memory this is 4 bolts with hex heads for a spline tool once removed the bottom cam cover can be taken off then the cambelt removed.The problem with the AAZ crankshaft slipper keyway wear is well known and as the topic said replacement with a new is advicable.Using a V belt set up rather than a ribbed belt reduces the stress on the bottom cog to the crankshaft key.

V belt is much better unless someone goes mad over tighening the belt and then you may as well have the ribbed belt.
