Does anyone know wher i can get an early sliding door handle gromet spacer. iv got a rubber ring behind it at the min keeping it from moving about. cheers steve

yeah done all that. It had a late handle on it that had a pipe welded on for length. Was a propper scrap heap challenge

I sourced one via wanted and I still have a big o-ring on too for a better seal as the old grommet just sits in the hole unlike the bigger later version that actually seals

just fit the seal of the later style handle with a little file ing it fits correctly and takes all the slack out of your handle

It doesn't fit in the hole in the door as it's too big but it will act as a spacer
