Re: T25 OVER HEAT AND FAN

re my earlier question.
fan works ok-(on both speeds) when i use a test wire across terminals.

red light under needle for temp still flashing???
would this be a faulty level sensor on expansion tank.

any comments appreciated

thanks

Faulty sensor or wiring to it
Faulty Module 43
Poor connections at PCB
Poor earths

........but low coolant level is the first thing to check and that the system is bled properly. If you are happy that the coolant level is correct and no air in the system, then remove the module 43 from the fuse box. IF LED stops flashing then you probably have one of the above faults. If it continues flashing then probably a poor connection on the membrane pcb (or problem with the temp sender or wiring but unlikely if the gauge reads normal and not excessively high.
