Oil in air filter...Sorted thanks!

Post by very_bland »

Just taken a look inside the air filter, and there's a fair amount of that cappuccino like oil-water mixture puddled up in there (Like you get in the oil filler cap if water has got it). What would cause this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Probably what you said. Condensation and oil mix pushed into air cleaner box. Wouldn't be too worried about it as most airboxes hae a little oil in them.
