T25 Lacks power, new webbe convertion.

After much trouble with the stock Pierburg carb I invested in a new Webber convertion. However the engine now.
Run rough when warmed up,
Lacks power at the top end.
Won't Rev

I fitted a new fuel pump also to be on the safe side.

Have you got a fuel pressure regulator fitted?

You need one with the Webber carb or it will be flooded with fuel apparently. Saying that mine ran fine without one for a while, but I'm fitting one tomorrow with the new pump. Did you fit an electric pump? If so it will definitely need a regulator.
