Yep is definately a photoshop or similar.
Needs a lot of finishing to make it truly convincing though.

The tyres are Mitchelin XCL. You can get them in pritty narrow sizes, 6.5in I think, but that looks too narrow for even them. I'm sure a wheel of that style/dia would only be avalable in a rather fat width so its gotta be photoshopped or you'd see the inner bead of the rim looking stupid.

Maybe they've gone a little too narrow but it is nice to see an offroad looking vehicle without pointlessly wide MTs on it, the narrow stuff sometimes works better! The super wides don't work unless they are super agressive and that can be harsh on the turf!

Yes, it's a Photoshop. Not a bad one, but not very realistic.

The graphics are all the wrong size/angle, the wheels are too skinny for the real Porsche ones, the spotlights look fake and the big clincher is the missing swage line, which has been replaced with some weird smooth scallop down the length of the cab.

At the end of the day, if the artist needed to get a few ideas thrashed out before he spent a lot of money making mistakes its a worthwhile endeavour.

I did this one on Photoshop a few years ago. It's not photo-realistic but looks OK and helpd me thrash out some ideas buzzing round in my head. I designed it around parts that were on the market (or were once upon a time) or could be modified in real life. Start doing mods you couldn't do in reality and they don't look quite so believable.

That said....

....I like the silver over grey look to a point (bar where it cuts upwards). I'm doing something similar on the Kombi bus .
