Easy question - New header tank and level sensor
My van currently has one of the old original square header tanks with a metal cap. At some point I will probably replace this. Now, on my current tank the coolant level sensor screws into a threaded hole next to the pressure cap, but from the pics of the new tanks, I can't see the same. So - where does the level sensor go?

Re: Easy question - New header tank and level sensor
Sorry. I was waiting for one of the brains to answer...
I have a 1990 petrol van, bladder shaped tank behind lefthand tail light, two pipes entering on right hand side plus dalek cap and small pipe to top up tank.
The level sensor screws in slightly to the left and behind the dalek cap.

Right, so actually much the same as my current one. It must just be that no one bothers to show that bit when they put pics up!

Cheers,
Tim
