Location of Westy split charge relay

Hi all, got a problem with my split-charge system on my van, its a westy 1990 Atlantic, its not putting sufficient charge through to the second battery whilst running, if i increase the revs and hold at 3000rpm it alsmost puts enough through, second battery has been checked and is in good condition, have been told it could be the westy split-charge relay, does anybody know where this is located? or where i could get one of these if need be? Any advice would be appreciated thanks

Should be in the battery box behind the drivers seat.

Should be in the battery box behind the drivers seat.

Sorta front and middle of said battery box (Drivers) leisure battery side.
5 pole where two terminals are switched live (at the same time)
