Hi, You said you'd only got 7 litres in, it should take about 18 if I remember correctly - so it probably needed the cap off and a lot more coolant in the tank before worrying about the radiator.

If anyone could post up a pic of an aef engine so i can see the belt routing it would be appreciated.

I thought it was strange i was only getting about 7 litres in but if the pump wasnt working right the coolant wouldnt be pumping round.

I hope there is someone else for the numpty seat i dont want to be alone.lol
