Link arm, i'm a little stuck

Hi My t25 82 van bust a link arm that joins the anti roll bar to the other arm bust the other day and i'm trying to put the new link bar on with new bushs but not having much luck

tried pushing over the end of the end of the anti roll bar as a whole but dont seem to go and put the bush on first and putting the arm on after, been messing around for ages and dont wanna ruin the bush trying to rough

any hints n tips would be sweet :ok oh and whie i rem should i put the lower threaded part in first or do this after

Afternoon! Lower threaded part in first. Followed by the hard bit!
Try warming up in hot water with the bush in the arm. Apply a little cooking oil to the inner rubber of bush and the anti roll bar too.
Should slide on ok with a little shove.

As above and make sure the end of the roll bar is cleaned up well it'll go on easier with a smooth surface.

Hi - i did the sma job before xmas - spent a whole day trying to force the bits together to no avail - went on the internet and 5 minutes after i had the whole lot back together ... the trick as others said is to put the bush in a pan of boiling water for at least 5 mins - take the pan out to the van and put the bush in the link arm + a bit of cooking oil to lube then press over the end joint fast and it should slip ovet quite easily - secret is to get plenty of heat into the bush - hope it helps .....now about my starting problem....
