Baxter's will have the brake disc protection plate on as well since we can't get these seperately anymore

You mean the "get mud and stones trapped in behind it plate"

just got a firm price from the machine shop, and al you right about the cost of the rubber, they are gona make a pair based on the drawings in there shop, these will not be have the same radius lines as the drawings but will be to cheak that everything is shaped and will fit corectly. once this is confirmed i can place an order to have them lazer cut.with the same radius cuts as the drawing, then have them folded and welded.
they will be made from grade 304 stainless and tig welded.
as will the retaining bracket
insted of using rivits to hold the rubber the will come with 6 nuts, bolt and 12 penny washers.
the cost i have been givern is per set (one pair) is £55.
postage will be extra or 80 90 express
there is a min order of 10sets needed to place an order.

let me know if you intrested

thanks neil
