Yes it is, but it is the aerosol version, much quicker, and dries much faster, 5 cans used at 3.99.

Just to keep this thread going, whilst taking off the rear wheel arch spats yesterday, I noticed this date mark, written in chinagraph. This makes today the 17th anniversary I presume of the spats being put on, a strange coincidence.

[IMG:2240:1680]http://i199.photobucket.com/albums/aa28 ... 040702.jpg[/img]

VW however have supplied me with a date of birth for the van of 7th October 1991, with the Finnish Army not using it until May 1992. I wonder what these dates actually signify. All the wheel trims have the same date, but I did not notice it on the others as covered in crud.

Time warp Escorial Green and silicon sealant under the spat, luckily no rust what-so-ever, gonna be a battle to keep it that way now. Not sure what sealant to use when replacing, probably Wurth Bond and Seal (?)

Ta, I will have to re-do the photo links which seem to have dropped out.

It is a great place that would take many visits to get to truly know.

Ahhh the beach at polombaggia, the finest in all of europe.

All the germans drove to Livorno to get the cheaper ferry tickets.

They're too large Simon, I've tried rejgging the tags, but we now have a strict limit on image size, 1440 x 1024

Cheers Clive, have started to re-size them. What a slow process that is.

I know that route, it has to be the most boring route going and expensive (45 yoyos in charges).
I think we'll be going from Genoa and, therefore, driving down through Austria/Switzerland.
