Re: bed covers
Hi
Literally just had my new foam & fabric delivered for our 3/4 width bed. My wife assures me she's planned it all out & knows what she's doing. I on the other hand have no idea! Will upload some instructions hopefully in the next few days
Cheers

Re: bed covers
Hi Moggy
I recovered my 3/4 devon R&R bed sponge; the best way is to remove the buttons then buy yourself a stitch picker from dunelm haberdashery dept and carefully pick all the seams. Use the original fabric as a template for your new fabric - but cut a little extra for your seam, when i took mine apart they hadn't left much seam width.
check the covers on the cushions as you go and if you are planning to have them removable you need to add a zip to the underside.
I bought some 'cover your own' buttons and re-applied them (using a 'dolly' needle) this gives a more profesional finish (if you do this, they are not removable and you may as well hand stitch the final seam whilst on the cushion)
then, if your anything like me you'll cover your lovely new covers up with blankets to stop dog hairs getting on them!!!!
hope this helps
