Re: Propex Ebay
not that difficult it install.but very expensive to run on gas.unless you have a lpg leisure tank fitted.

Re: Propex Ebay
very good ..fitted in Autosleepers as an option.
I have one and i'ts fab!
soo easy to fit aswell.
Two holes to be drilled
The ducting can be bought from halfords.
thermostats are a tenner from B & Q
Cost .. well it'll run 21+ hrs constant on a 907 gas bottle.
worth £360+
get it for anything less than that is a bonus

Re: Propex Ebay
We have a 20 liter underslung tank and it lasts 4 nights with it on all night and say 3 hours with it on during the day for 4 days when it is below freezing outside. oh and we ran the cooker and fridge on that too. Oh and one BBQ from the gas take off point for about 45 minutes. It cost £11.50 ish to fill the lpg tank. Dunno how much it would cost to do the equvelant in refillable gas bottles but guess it would be tons more than £11.50

Re: Propex Ebay
Looks like the same propex that I have. Mine is mounted under the rock and roll bed.
Next on my list of wants is an undersling gas tank, time for me to look into it a little more, and find out how much its going to cost me

Thanks alot. Just spoke to Steve at
http://www.gasure.co.uk/leisure.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
What he's saying is that a 20kg tank is ideal for T25's. On average this would last 6-8 weeks for running the fridge, stove & propex heater all from the underslug gas tank? Gas from an LPG filling station would be around £6 instead of £45 for gas refills. Costs arent cheap but in the long run it's probably beneficial £275 + vat + £28.50 delivery + vat. Looking at £356 total. You can fit yourself, you dont need to be Corgi registered but he recommends taking the van to a caravan/motorhome place to go a gas check afterwards to certify everything
Cheers
