any ideas on best place to purchase a battery ?

Where we live there are a lot of farmers' shops. I see good brands like Exide going for £50-60 which I think is a fair price.
(Mole Valley Farmers, Mole Avon Farmers and Countrywide down our way)

Failing that if I didn't have the time to shop around, then people like GSF usually stock decent enough branded kit.

(I would look for a top-upable one and try for a brand like Exide or Bosch etc).

Got one from same lot here in leeds for my golf, as soon as this weather is over it goes on the camper and its goes on the golf for winter hacking..same exide, 3yr warranty......
