To make your life a bit easier, I have put a load of diff lock actuators on order with Classic parts.
I have been trying to get them out of VDO but the awkward beggars won't bring them into the UK.
Same deal as usual, I pay the same price you lot do, but they will sell them to me sans the 19.6% tax.
I have to mark them up or it's pointless doing it, but I put the bare minimum on for it to be worth doing and spread the costs of the bank transfers and postage over a load of items to soften the blow.
Yes, you can get them cheaper from Classic parts in Germany, I'm not denying that, but they will be here, in this country and ready for next day dispatch (if you order before 11am).
Also, if you only want one part, you still have the bank transfers and shipping to deal with, so I feel sure it will be more cost effective from me rather than one item from them, and a little more convenient.
Not really bothered if they sell or not, I need them on the shelf for workshop use so they will sell at some point and I'm sick of scratting around for them.

Also, other things that maybe of interest to you lot.

More syncro fuel tank senders in the same consignment.
Syncro ARB drop link washers, but will probably remake them in this country.
2.1 MV dizzy repair kits.
The rest of the JX silicone hoses will be done soon, so that will be a full complete set if needed, available to order in gay colours too.
JX Boost pipe, the obsolete £100 one, will probably be about half that.
2.1 plenumb to manifold silicone joiners in a kit with shiney clamps, and gay colours.
More syncro standard springs on their way, popular they are.
Pallet full of GKN joints and bushes en route from Germany.
Syncro ARB drop links - another batch in progress.

Also some mutterings about buying in a load of VCs and keeping a stock in the UK, but that will be a new year job once the winter lull has finished and I have a few spare pennies to play with.
