brake fluid

the cluch cylender at the peddle has been weaping for a while now, changed the part today and all is good feels like a differnt van, so all is good. my question is there has been some leakage that has got under the rubber mat tryed washing it out with soapy water but to little avail. dose any one know what i can use to get rid of brake fluid

have you tried a degreaser or brake cleaner (not sure if the latter might react with the rubber though)

tryed gunk sment good but did't seam to shift it wuill try break cleaner in the morning, have an spray can brake cleaner will try that.
