It's telling you 2 things ... 1) that it's low on coolant in the header tank ... AND 2) that you need to buy a Haynes manual.

Re: Flashing red light
More info on when its starts flashing are needed but the first and easiest check is the coolant level in the header tank (the one with a connector and wires on top). Should be full to the Brim. If OK we can take it from there.......

Re: Flashing red light
i would also cheal that the cap on the water tank is working propeerly. take it off when the engine is cold. and give it a blow and a suck. you should only be able to blow or suck one way, had the same problem on mine and a new cap fixed it.

Re: Flashing red light
First job ... check header tank (in engine bay) is full to the brim and top-up tank (behind catflap) is on 'max'. If that's all OK then you have other issues, either a wire off or a failed sender unit.
If you haven't been checking the fluids before it's time to buy that Haynes and start being a responsible owner.
Ian.

You seem to expect people to help you without any please or thanks. You did (belatedly) add a thanks to me but as Rozzo pointed out elsewhere we appreciate manners here. We all get stuck and occasionally appreciate a hand or 3 but this club's all about give and take, what goes around ..... etc.
You need to buy a manual of some sort and sharpish ... or learn manners.
