Natty interior recommendation - Scotland?

Post by Gogso1 »

Hi,

I'm thinking about sorting out the interior of the van......nothing too serious, but I'd like the upholstery recovered, new foam, and maybe some curtains. Does anyone have any recommendations for having this type of work done in Scotland?

Cheers.
Oof!

How about R & I Macdonald West Lothian (kiltmakers) . They could run up a tidy wee number for you :D
Seriously though, any contacts in the trimming dept. of your local bus company? They will do jobs at the weekend if you find the material.

do it yourself, you'll be amazed how easy it is. I did mine and had never used a sewing machine in my life...a few pointers from the wife and a couple of evenings. used the old curtains/covers as rough templates.

Try Pluss.org http://www.pluss.org.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

They will do the cushions for you fully covered. Good prices and good workmanship. If you want someone in Scotland then http://www.jerbacampervans.co.uk/home.asp" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; One of the Lothians guys got his interior from them. Very nice.
Cheers
Rob.
