I retrofitted a pair of electric mirrors on mine.
I ran a fused lead from a spare switched + terminal behind the fuse box.
The earth went straight to the nearest earth crown.

I can't give you a photo, my bus is in Germany and I'm in Oz.

Thanks folks im mounting the mirrors at the moment how do you get the loom out of the box section that runs in side the door up to the morror conections up on the inside of the door i can come across the inside and then back in again further up but this might cause a bulge when the door card goes back on ? and can any one help me out with a pick of the swich location on the door card

there's a round hole in the card behind the vinyl where the switch goes you just have to open the vinly up, but you'll have to make a cave in the plastic protective sheet that goes behind the door card to allow the switch to sit nice without pushing the card out and keep the moisture inside the door to stop the door card getting damp and swelling, factory vans with electric mirrors had a modified moisture barrier with a preformed cave set into it.

Hi folks struggeling again, i now know that the loom may have come from a bus with central locking electric windows ect so this has made things more difficult to decide which ones are for the mirrors also my bus is RHD so i need to extend some wires to the fuse box on the other side but which of the wires do i extend ive done the earths and the mirrors are conected to the loom so im getting there i just need to now which plugs or wires to ignore and which to fit to the fuse box?
This is what im left with sticking out from the door

The black plug looks like a CL conector while the conecor with 2 wires and an oval end is elec windows.
The long thin conector with about 6 wires goes to the Elec mirror control switch.
Have a look at my wireing diag for colour code info.

Right ive found out the small plug with the green and white and the yellow and white is for the mirrors so i cut the black and yellow put it to the positive on the battery and the mirrors worked, but the left marking on the switch operated the right mirror and the right marking opperated the left mirror  i should have fitted the loom as it would have been in the LHD bus and extended the swich over to the right hand door instead i fitted the loom up side down to move the swich to the right door and now the mirrors work backwards DOOOOOO
