scrap mk 2 golf

hi there everyone just a quick question.i've got a scrap mk2 golf in work are there any usefull bits on it that can be used on either a 2.1 mv engined bus or on a cu engined bus i.e dizzy leads etc.? as i think it would be a shame to just send it to the yard if some bits are salvagable and can be used on one of my buses and save me some hard earned .any info much apprieciated

Ignition amplifier module if a carb engine would be worth grabbing asa spare for the CU.. other than a few switches poss window winders etc, thats about it....

thanks very much lads and lasses i'll get them off in the morning do you rekon the dizzy would fit ?only reason i'm asking is mine ewnt kaputt in bratislava in august and it cost me 250 euros for a new one (probably bumped up slovak prices as i was a muppet tourist) but if its any good for some one else i'll stripit and stick it up in the freebie section as i dont need it i'v e got a new bosch one

Screwed on the passenger side bulkhead in't engine bay, a small black box with an alloy heat sink on the back and a multi-plug up it's nether regions
