Hi
Our van has lap belts in the back but I dont like them. They were there when it came and if and when I replace the original bed with a welded steel frame type rock and roll they will be going for three point belts. lap belts can cause some pretty horrendous injuries, having said that they are probably better than no belts.
The ones you have linked to are eu approved, is this just a CE mark or are they BS approved, IIRC BS approval requires testing etc, CE marks dont, they can be self certified. They seem ok and the price isnt off. If your rock and roll is steel though I would try and fit three point belts if there is an easy way of doing so.
Another option is sourcing some from a breaker with a clean interior.
