aaz timeing mark

Ive been trying to set the timeing on the aaz i have in my van but cant seem to find the mark on the flywheel, why lol

i can set the cam up and the diesel pump gets locked but still no mark on the flywheel

ive gone round twice and nothing, am i doing something wong ??
