That's not a westy roof.
And they didn't make any genuine RHD westy syncros as far as I'm aware.

It's a converted Caravelle, with a Reimo roof.

ya thinks same ! a reimo roof on a velle conversion! but did anyone see the supposed westy syncro on ebay germany that finished last nite ? winning bid £4600. I dont think this was a genuine westy either, year model 92 but the westy interior was much earlier? anyone?

Yes, I seen it, but that's because I'm looking at every single one that goes up as I want to buy my first van!

One thing that I have noticed as a consequence of my research, ie contacting different sellers etc is that some people don't really know what they've got and will just use these buzz words that they've picked up here and there. Maybe an honest mistake.

One thing I will say though for any potential buyer is that if it's advertised as an original westy and you turn up and it's not an original westy then you're entitled to walk away . . . . .
