Help Diesel leak

Hi folks, i have diesel pumping out of the short pipe that is connected to the furthest injector on a 1.7 engine, im presuming it must have had some kind of stopper/plug inserted in the end of it, if so can something else be used to bung it up? or do i have a bigger problem? excuse my ignorance here but im not used to diesels. If the woven fuel pipes to each injector are not to short a small cut length aprox 1" taken off one and then a small bolt screwed into will do the job as a fix.Done this a few times my self to get me out of trouble provided the fuel pipes are not to short.All you need then is push the cut pipe with the bolt onto the injector.Oh there are fuel pipe kits available with the bung for one end try GSF carparts

These days you can buy the pipe at most motot factors, I have seen kits for leak off pipes, just get one in the right dismeter and push it on, you can even get the end ones with plugs. Any local independant garage will give sell you an offcut and as Camper says stick a bolt in it.

Its plugs off the injector where it is fitted to return the fuel supplied to each injector via the woven rubber pipes back to the pump.

Hi mac to expand a little on what Camper said, the pipe blanks of the end of the spill rail which returns unused diesel back to the pump. the way diesel engines are plumbed varies, sometimes one end goes back to the pump and the other to the tank, or the main fuel filter, in T25s its blank.
the reason diesels have a return of unused fuelback to the tank is one of the things that makes them economical.
