Engine change 1986 16 turbo deisel to a 19 turbo

My friend and I are changing my blown :cry: 1986 16cc turbo deisel to a 19cc turbo deisel from a golf :?
Anyone with the knownledge on how to achieved this I would be grateful to hear from.
I am happy to talk on the telephone nearer the time.
Look forward to hearing from someone.
