That bay window does really well. They were always more natural off-roaders than the T3's. Rear torsion bar suspension I suspect.

Yep, bays are great off-road. There are not many 'dirt roads' they can't cope with. Suspension can move up & backwards....just like a motorbike. :ok

My old bay used to get a little bit of off roading. this is 1993, in Scotland when I was working near Aberdeen in Forestry. This was on motorway re-moulds. Still better than other 2wd cars though, and could get all the kit and caboodle in the back. Great laugh seeing how far you could get.

That was great Simon, well spotted... that's what I call an expedition :)

Last screenshot says something like...

The Blue T2 Bay was std. apart from a strengthened gearbox and larger wheels and tyres. Rebuilt 2.0 litre a/c engine.
