Do me a favour and cut and paste your questions onto this thread. Theres no point in creating a new thread if all you do is point to another.

Ive read it and im not sure what your question is.

Right-e-o

My main question is around the electrical consumption of the standard rear heater matrix/fan. I was going to use this instead of the Eperspacher matrix and fan and just not wire it through the ignition switch so that i could use it when i am parked up.

I am not sure what the ampage of the fan in my van is (as its in Scotland and i am not!) but the Ederspacher man said that with the heater running (about 3-4 Amps), and the little fan that comes with the Eberspacher matrix going (0.5 Amps) then i might only get a few hours use from a standard, single, leisure battery. That’s without the compressor only fridge that i intend to fit!

So what do you guys think, do you think I could get away with using the standard rear heater, i asume it has a highish consumption?
