just got some alloys and was wondering how much the bolt has 2 go through the wheel nut i still have standerd bolts

what wheels are they.the chances are with alloys you will need longer bolts and studs.you may need spacers for the front wheels as well.

i got 15"merc wheels i"ve got longer studs 4 front +spacers on the back the bolts go half way through the nuts is ths enough ? is it a tough job 2 put new bolts on as i"ve been told u have e take off the whole hub

i think you need to change the studs.its not that tough of a job.ive done mine.we are talking about safety here.if you dont change them.imagine what could happen....
