why would i get emulsified oil under my filler cap? :?

I used to get this a lot, short trips 3x a week then long camping trips as and when. This has all sorted now because I changed the oil for Halfords classic car oil, mineral oil 20 50

Better quality of correct weight / viscosity sorted it out.

i changed the oil yesterday thats when i noticed it, she is running better than ever, mostly thanks to the carbs being cleaned by fulsunian, thanks mate :ok
