Childs bed across cab seats

Post by markbikerider »

Hi, I am looking for a bed for my son so he can sleep across the cab seats in our van. Iam sure that Just Kampers used to sell one that would fit a T25, but can't seem to see any evidence of it after an extensive search of the web. Does anyone know if these things still exist, or has anybody had a go at making one themselves with any success? Top tips welcome...

Cheers, Mark

Your right they used to sell the cab bunk, but it never really fitted the T25 unless you did some DIY. It seems they have now removed the "tick" and only says suitable for T2.

Parcel shelf bed may be an option, do search on forum.

Otherwise I am just planning on putting a piece of wood accross the two seats, followed by a large cot mattress. Would be better if seats swivelled, but he'll just have to bump into steering wheel (good job hooter only works with ignition on!). At mo, my youngest sleeps on floor in front of RnR bed
