Aircooled TIN WARE

I am missing coolin tin for heat exchangers and cylinder heads. Or screwholes have gone in the bits I do have. Where can I get some more, or does anyone have any spare..thanks :D

Quite a few bits can be made from sheet aluminium. All you have to remember is that the tinware is designed to divert cold air where its needed and push hot air out. Some bits are trickier to fabricate than others but anything can be made if you have a pair of tin snips and an evening spare. The ally versions tend to out-last the steel ones too.

thanks..could do with templates though as don't have all of the bits to use as templates for size and dimensions etc..any ideas?

thanks :D oh and you did the wiki for rustoleum? I did mine, am pleaed cept my rubber rear window and others have run black marks in the rain that now won't wash off my nice rustoleum body work?? need a kim and aggie naturual solution to get it off..??

I do mention this in the WIKI article - replace rotting window rubbers. You can reduce it to some extent by sealing rubbers either with a thin smear of silicon sealant or some kind of rubber waterproofing but replacement is only long term cure.
