We are still looking for the right Westfalia (California/Atlantic) for us and in the right price range . We really want a pop-top but it seems there are more High-tops available. My question is ......... Is It possible to put a pop-top conversion on an original high-top vehicle? After much research I think the answer is no as the aperture is cut out differently at the start of conversion/manufacture. Am I right?

Thanks Guys for confirming that and confirming our own thoughts on waiting but it's very frustrating. I think possibly our main problem is our location. We spot a what could be a suitable van and then realise its 350 miles away and impossible to get there before someone else. I have now got a list of 23 websites (private and trade) and have put a few enquirys out to some of the closer trade ones. We'll keep looking
