I have just had to replace the box in mine (found it had a stuffed box when it arrived from previous owner two months ago, - something he didnt divulge before hand)

The box second hand cost me $1400.00 with fitting etc on top.

How many T25's were imported to NZ? not many I would say... we got quite a lot and then Europe isnt vey far away.... :wink:

bears motorsport want £750 + vat for an exchange DK box, there would also be a £250 plus vat surcharge.
If the ring and pinion was damaged you would loose all the surcharge as good used sets are getting harder to find.

They are really helpful there and did say it would be cheaper to recon my own gearbox which would take around 7-10 days depending on how much work there is.
