Sliding door parts missing!

Can anyone tell me what parts are missing from this sliding door handle?

Early or late sliding door?

if late then the grommet seal is still available from VW 251-843-711A @ £1.65 plus vat

if early then your best bet is to try a breakers as late seals do not fit as the hole in a late door is bigger.

My external sliding door handle hangs down 45 degrees and is loose as anything. But it appears to have the "grommet" there.
Can anyone advise whether stripping the door handle down is difficult - can I do this in a day? No mech skills (but can build computers, so I must be good at something)
Just not aesthestically pleasing when it sits there hanging down like that (that needs rephrasing I think lol)

just onscrew inside door panel sarah few screw one through the actual handle then it all coems off
