try looking at http://www.frost.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; , they supply tools and equipment for classic vehicle restorers. they have quite a good range of rust treatments. I have ordered quite a few bits from them in the past, and have just ordered some rust treatment products which came today, converust rc 900 which is supposed to be pretty good.

Grind as much away as possible, kbs aqua clean to degrease, then kbs rust blast to 'melt' a bit more rust away, then vactan to stabilise what's left then kbs rust seal paint to seal the area, then chemical metal skim on top and sand, then zinc undercoat then topcoat then lacquer...

It has taken me bl@@dy ages, but in some areas there has been no return of the dreaded bubbles for over a year...

Not bad for a T25 eh? LOL

grind/blast it all away.. or it'll come back.

these chemical treatments go about two atoms deep in to the rust, while the remainder lies in wait.

don't leave the the area in primer that's a moisture magnet.. might aswell leave it in the sea
