a mate of mine was speaking to someone at vanfest about this and he is gonna fit it to his! in theory it looks like a fasirly simple instalation (obviously depending on how handy you are!) although we were told about certain laws in which you are not allowed to weld the steering column, and this is required to fit it. However there are people selling kits (that include the column i think) so presumably there columns are up to some kind of standard i would assume. sorry cant remember the name of the guy/company that was selling the kits there tho!

Funnily enough I was speaking to Jon of Syncrospares (the guy who took over CJ's business a few months ago) only yesterday and he has access to the bloke who is selling these kits.
Jon quoted me £500 to £600 for the kit and around £200 for labour.

You will find it may invalidate your insurance.

If you can get hold of a PAS rack then you could always use the electro/hydraulic pump/reservoir as fitted to some peugeots or vauxhalls.
They look like this and can be mounted next to the radiator in the front panel.
I got one from a scrappy a while ago and it cost me £40.
