Rear wings

I am about to replace the off side rear wing panel on my t25, has anyone done this before and do you have any tips. do you have to cut out internal panels to weld the internal seams? how do you paint the internal surfaces?

What type of rear wing have you got? upto the seam or the taller variety that go higher up with a pressed in seam line?

The panel I have is the one with the air vent in it the rear corner, it is the one that starts from the seam and goes to the gutter I also have the smaller one to tack onto the bottom, I can see how to spot weld the seams around the rear door around the gutter area and lower seam but not sure how to spot weld the internal seam as its inside a void area. Also painting it seems a bit of a task as well.
