Kids thermals
Am looking to get some kids thermals for Little T but they seem quite expensive (got a new set for me for £10 and then remembered all my canoe base layer polyprop gear would've done doh!).
Anyone else buy baselayer stuff for their kids and if so, got any cheap recommendations?
TIA

Re: Kids thermals
Aldi do very cheap ones but good quality ones when they get their ski stuff in Nov/Dec time. I got some lovely fleecy base layers from Go Outdoors last year too for my two boys - they did have a deal on at the time I think.

Re: Kids thermals
As Waggy says, keep checking the websites for Aldi, Lidl and Netto, they usually get them in around this time of year. Also if you have a Home Bargains or B & M near you they might have some.
Don't know how old T is, but if you got the extra small sizes in the Ladies Adults, they might fit her?

Re: Kids thermals
Thanks all, will check out Aldi and keep an eye out. Go Outdoors look great but no offers and they're pricey.
T is in 6/7 age clothes and is just short of her 4th birthday but don't think she's quite big enough for adult size yet. Won't be long tho!!
That sounds great Julie, she's got a little pink camo one but I don't think it's up to much for winter camping. At the mo she sleeps with me and I just got a 13.5 tog duvet but I'd quite like one of us to start going in the roof soon, mind it'll be chilly up there I reckon!
I'll swap ya for some cider

Decathlon are pretty good too, I'll have a look next time i'm in there. My youngest wears a pair of hand me dowm primark fleecy jammies as a base layer and they are amazing.

Re: Kids thermals
As if by magic, in Aldi next Thursday

If you've not got an Aldi near you PM me with what size you want and your address and I'll post them down. Looks like they might only have blue though.

Re: Kids thermals
Yeah!! Least your kids will be warm all winter, and if you're short of cash, turn your heating off in the house and tell the kids to put their thermals on
We got a pair of those thermal trousers each, should be toasty warm
