Fit whatever alarm you like and buy a battery immobiliser and use it to make or break a crucial wire (you choose what wire and where to hide immobilser) to start the vehicle. Makes it damned difficult to hot wire if you can't find whats dead! Think like an opprtunist theif and make it difficult.
