HID lights
Has anyone fitted these to there van. I have been given a proper HID kit and wondered how easy they are to fit?
Re: HID lights
mate.forget the HID's they mostly blind oncoming traffic.and iirc a lot of them require non standard headlamp lenses.and a lot that are sold are illegal to use in this country.go for the upgrade option on the wiki..https://club8090.co.uk/wiki/VW ... headlights

ohh! i was rather hoping to fit these, thats a bumber! these are legal for use over here, i have checked as thay are supplied by a friend of mine who specialises in bmw's and fits these kits all the time, i will bow to your superior knowledge though and look for an alternative method of lighting the way!.

Re: HID lights
Have relays on ours. As Rob says, double the light with no bulb changes.
