Battery & Oil lights on, no key in the ignition

Post by little green »

...... and the van won't start. It's a DG engine (1985)

My sis borrowed Coco this weekend & she has behaved impecabley but after getting home, unloading the van & jumping back in to bring her back to me she won't start & the 2 dash LED's stay on with no key in the ignition. Any ideas where to start looking? Any pointers that could help my mechanic get her started & back to his muchley appreciated.

Thanks
