spare wheel.

hi/
have tried all day to undo nut securing spare wheel tray inplace.
can you see the bolt from above/ to add penetrant????.this baby is seized solid/prob last undone in early 90/s.
any tips appreciated.
may put on ramps this week with the lamp heat and let the pro/s have a go

A,19mm Hexagon socket fitted with the aid of an FBH ,then connected to a 24 inch breaker bar,,,,,,,if it still won't move you may have to weld something to the remaining head of the bolt to get it off.
