Clutch and Flywheel

Post by woodys »

Hello people

just getting a new clutch fitted on my 81 Aircooled and have just been told the flywheels looks worn and may need replacing a bit later on.

Anyone got any ideas on how much this would cost ?

Thanks alot

No idea on cost, but if you're paying someone else to do the job it might be worth getting it done at the same time as the clutch, rather than shelling out for the time to take the box out again...
Just a thought
:ok
What a long strange trip it's been

Yeah, just phoned the garage and they said nothing to worry about but advised me to change it on the next clutch change - thanks
