Hi all,
We're going way up north at the end of July. We've not been up there before. We'd like to camp somewhere close to great walks and cycle paths (off road or on QUIET roads). Can anyone recommend a place?

Thanks,
Fluff

I have a document (in Microsoft Word) which gives directions to four quiet sleepyspots on the Northumberland coast. Some of them are next to cycle paths. If you would like a copy, send me your email address by pm.

Also the Camping & Caravanning Club site at Beadnell - very quiet roads and beaches for cycling on.

You can't go wrong up there. We did a week at Dunstan hill the back end of May this year. Excellent it was, great facilities and brill for the kids.
Low Newton, (just up the coast) has The Ship Inn, brews its own beer with a view of the sea.
Ahh, Bliss, wish I was there.

ENJOY, you won't regret it.
KEEP LAUGHING!
